Run your PC more fast and reduce the start up time..

start
run
type (temp) and hit Enter.
delete all files in temp.

start
run
type (%temp%) and hit enter.
delete all files.

(3)
start
run
type (recent) and hit enter.
delete all files.

(4)

start

run

type (msconfig) and hit enter.

general >> disable 'load start up items '
